Across workplaces and communities, people are often expected to perform, contribute, or belong without being given clear training, shared context, or meaningful support. When that happens, gaps appear, not because people lack ability, but because clear training systems were never put in place to support them.
Underprop exists to help bridge those gaps by designing accessible, human-centered training and learning tools that support both teams and the communities they serve.

MEET THE FOUNDERI’m an instructional designer and learning strategist passionate about making training clear, practical, and built for real people. With experience across Operations, HR, and Learning & Development, I’ve worked with organizations like Rolex, Richemont, and Laureus Sport for Good and have seen how the right learning experience can transform a team’s ability to show up and succeed.
My work is shaped by lived experience navigating complex systems and advocating for access through learning. I founded Underprop because I believe training shouldn’t be a barrier; it should be a bridge. I’m committed to helping mission-driven organizations design training that actually works, without jargon or bloated budgets, through accessible, human-centered learning that empowers people to do their best work.
