Standard
Ongoing support to keep your training running well, without you having to think about it.
What's included:
A recurring strategy check-in to talk through what's working and what's coming up
Light updates to existing materials (a slide deck that needs revising, a job aid that's out of date)
Troubleshooting when something breaks (a new hire process isn't landing, a facilitator has questions)
Ongoing input on decisions as they come up (adding a module, adjusting for a new compliance requirement)
A typical month might look like: a check-in call, a round of updates to one training resource, and a few email exchanges when questions come up in between.

Priority
The same ongoing support as Standard, with more room and faster access when something's time-sensitive.
What's included:
Everything in Standard, at double the monthly capacity
Priority response time when something urgent comes up
First call on availability for time-sensitive requests
A typical month might look like: a check-in call, updates across two or three training resources instead of one, and same-week turnaround if something urgent comes up in between. Quarterly strategy sessions and train-the-trainer sessions might also be included (optional).
