Best for teams who want consistent guidance, small updates, or help staying on track — without a large time commitment.
This level of support is ideal if you:

→ are building capacity gradually
What this support enables:

✓ Feedback and recommendations as needs arise
Designed to support light monthly capacity (typically ~5–7 hours of work per month).

Best for teams who need consistent, reliable support to maintain and improve training systems over time.
This is the most common way organizations partner with Underprop.
What this support enables:

✓ Support as needs evolve throughout the year
Designed to support moderate, ongoing capacity (typically ~15–20 hours of work per month).
(3-month minimum commitment) -
Extended Partner - starting at $3,500
Deeper, more embedded learning support.
Best for teams in periods of growth, transition, or heavy learning needs who want a true fractional L&D partner.
This level of support is ideal if you:
→ are managing multiple training initiatives at once
→ need more hands-on collaboration
→ want learning support embedded into day-to-day work
What this support enables:
✓ Expanded capacity across multiple priorities
✓ Deeper collaboration and execution support
✓ Ongoing refinement of learning systems at scale
Designed to support deeper monthly capacity (typically ~35–40 hours of work per month).
(3-month minimum commitment)
Note: Monthly hours may be used flexibly for strategy, updates, or build work.
Work beyond included hours is billed at $115/hr. Hours do not roll over month-to-month.
